Our journey started in 1950’s when our late grandfather established a wholesale trading shop with the name Haji Abdul Rahman Abdul Gaffar in Maharaj Gunj old city center of Srinagar thereby diversifying into textiles and establishing a flour mill in 1970’s. The legacy was passed onto our late father Vakeel Sahab who conceptualised ARCO Trading Corporation as a firm with primary objective of creating a distinguished distribution service and led us to where we are today.
We are a distribution and super stockists major with pan Kashmir presence and have been responsible for delivering the best of services as a channel partner for various National and Multi-National Companies for last 70 years. With a turnover of around 150 crores from FMCG to consumer durables, we operate from different location within Kashmir and with a total warehouse capacity of around 1 lakh square feet and a buffer of 60 thousand square feet. With a total team of around 300 sales as well as support employees, we cater to around 75 distributors pan Kashmir and 3500+ retail outlets in Srinagar and Central Kashmir. With the state-of-the-art warehouses integrated with the best-in-class software and robust transportation is what separates us from the competition.
